I am a BIM Specialist with a background in Construction Technology and Management, focused on delivering 4D and 5D planning, cost management, and model-based project control solutions for high-rise building and infrastructure projects. With over two years of experience, I specialize in connecting digital construction models with real-world execution, ensuring that projects are planned with clarity, delivered on time, and optimized for cost and quality.
My technical journey has led me to work extensively with Bexel Manager, Synchro 4D, and Primavera P6, aligning model-based workflows with project schedules and budgets. I actively work with IFC-based models, following ISO 19650 standards and OpenBIM methodologies to ensure structured, collaborative data environments. I’m also experienced in quantity takeoff (QTO), bill of quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and 4D/5D simulations, using classification systems like Uniformat and Masterformat to bring consistency and clarity to information delivery.
In addition to commercial platforms, I explore the potential of open-source tools such as Bonsai (OpenBIM Blender Add-on) and IfcOpenShell for advanced IFC model interrogation, data extraction, and workflow automation—allowing me to bring flexibility and innovation to complex planning and reporting challenges.
I’m passionate about leveraging digital tools to improve coordination, reduce waste, and enhance transparency in construction. I believe that thoughtful integration of BIM, data, and process is key to transforming how our industry plans and delivers the built environment.
I’m certified by buildingSMART International (Professional Certification – Entry Level) and have completed Operam Academy’s recognized training in Collaborative Production of Information, Requirements for Information, and Tender Preparation. These frameworks reinforce my commitment to information management, standardization, and collaborative project delivery.
