Venkatesh K S is a passionate and inquisitive AEC professional who started working on architectural modeling as a freelancer. While pursuing his engineering degree, he completed over 30 architectural projects that included both interior and exterior work. He also created numerous schematic and approval plans for residential buildings. Additionally, he attended various technical symposiums and excelled in them.
He started off in his career as a design engineer. As He is quite interested in the BIM industry. After learning more about BIM, he began working as a BIM technician in construction planning, where he helped with project sequencing and scheduling. Additionally, he has explored Open BIM, 4D, and 5D to identify more efficient approaches to achieve the needed deliverables. He is skilled in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D, Bexel Manager, and Blender.
He is currently under a transition phase, getting expertise with software and exploring opportunities that can make an impact and provide more value and satisfaction. He always wanted to get in touch with like-minded experts who are enthusiastic about the future of building and more socially and environmentally conscious individuals.
